What Maroochydore has to Offer
Maroochydore is the geographic centre of the Sunshine Coast, offering a blend of surf beach and the calm waters of the Maroochy River whose southern bank forms a virtually unbroken stretch of parkland and picnic spots.
Ideal for boating, fishing and aquatic pastimes. Maroochydore is the venue of
major surf sport carnivals. Ideal central base for exploring the
coast's attractions by car, coach or public transport. Here
are just a few of the things to do whilst you enjoy your stay at the Surfcomber Family Accommodation
Beachside Apartments.
|
Beaches - The Sunshine Coast is one of the most beautiful stretches of unspoiled beaches in the world.
The main beaches are patrolled year round. Swimmers should always swim between
the flags and follow closely any directions given by surf life savers.
All beaches offer safe swimming and surfing at patrolled surf beaches.
It's just a 2 minute stroll from the Surfcomber Beachfront Apartments to the patrolled Maroochydore beach. |
