Beaches -
The Sunshine Coast is one of the most beautiful stretches
of unspoiled beaches in the world.
The main beaches are patrolled year round. Swimmers should always
swim between the flags and follow closely any directions given by
surf life savers.
It's just a 2 minute stroll from the Surfcomber Beachfront Apartments
to the patrolled Maroochydore beach. |

Sunshine Coast Hinterland - Enjoy a relaxing
day high above the surf and sand in the Blackall range. This
hinterland area provides Mapleton and the Kondalilla National Park
with spectacular waterfalls and graded walking tracks. Visitors
can take a guided four wheel drive day trip or self-guided rainforest
trek.
The towns of Maleny and Monteville have restaurants, cafes, art
and crafts, and antique shopping facilities. An enjoyable
experience with spectacular views. |

and Macadamia Nut Factory at
Yandina, the Big Pineapple at Nambour, the Aussie World Complex
which includes an Aboriginal Cultural Centre and the famous Etamogah

Valley Rattler train ride, or visit Bli Bli Castle with it's dungeon
torture chamber and display of medieval armour.
Need excitement, then visit the Big Kart Track for some friendly
Kart racing or the dual seat Bungy Ride - 50 metres into the air

bus to Australia Zoo from outside the Maroochy RSL. |
